My Son is a Cheesemonger

IMG_0959And here is what I learned. Most of the cheeses, meats, fruits and nuts were purchased at Trader Joe’s or Costco. And the rosemary came from my garden. We served it with sliced French bread and crackers. The jar has what I’ll call dijonnaise, a mixture of dijon and mayonnaise. The tray is key–this one is handmade from restored barn wood, and 3′ x 2′.
